“ We saw a reel that recommended this place on IG so we had to come and see for our selves if it the food was as good as it looked, well they did not disappoint! Walking in the door we were promptly greeted and seated. It wasn't quite dinner time yet, so it wasnt very busy, but as we heard one of the servers ask people around the restaurant "do you need more tortillas?" We knew we were right at home! One of the items that were mentioned as being very good was the pozole verde, oh my gosh! It was amazing! I asked for the puerco one, the meat was so tender, came with a huge fix of toppings like cebolla, cilantro, rabanos, limon, chicharron, una flauta de pollo and a tostada. Oh my! It was heaven! My teen #1 yelper ordered the tamales, they only sell them on saturdays and Sunday's, being that we went on a Saturday we were in luck! It was the pollo con mole kind wrapped in banana leaf. These were so much more thin than what we are used to, BUT, so good! The mass was soft and moist and the mole a chef's kiss! My teen #2 yelper ordered The tacos de pescado were also very delicious, came with a side of rice and beans, very good portions that fill you up just right! We did order horchata as drinks and you get the biggest cups ever! I loved it so much! Their horchata is the perfect blend of creamy and sweet, but not overly done. The service is great! The two young ladies who helped us out were so kind and patient with my pocho sons. Came around to check on us at the right time. The restaurant has such a cozy vibe, decorated with some traditional Mexican items, to include zarape style table cloths. The dishes some were very traditional as well and had Mexican music at just the right volume. Parking is a little hard to find, we did have to park a good 2 blocks away but no biggie since the weather was perfect and exercise is good for everyone! Loved this place so much, the flavor is very authentic and totally recommend it to anyone wanting to eat some REAL Mexican food, this hit the spot! ”
“ This is possibly the most authentic Mexican restaurant I've been to in San Diego. Delicious food, great service, and a cute little restaurant. I think the waitress said that the food cuisine is from Guerrero, MX. The salsa alone is worth a visit. ”
“ Found this hidden in gem in Barrio Logan. Food is delicious and authentic. Staff is very nice. Prices are good. Definitely will come back again. ”
“ Came here a few years ago. Found it on a whim on Yelp. Authentic Mexican food. Friendly and fast service. Culturally decorated Will definitely come back. ”
“ Real authentic Mexican food--it's a true gem. I'm not from around here, and when I found it on Yelp and read the reviews, I thought I would stop by and check it out. Full disclosure: it's a small place, not very large. ITS Not a good looking place feom the outside. The service was also amazing. Everything was superb. The price for the amount of food was also great! I recommend you try the green chicken pozole. ”
“ This was such a beautiful place with a Loteria theme. All employees were truly nice and very attentive. This place is not pricey which is amazing! you get big servings of your dish that are served on beautiful authentic plates. The food was truly authentic mexican food not like those places where you're disappointed because it's just a cheap version of mexican food with such a high price, this was not the case! The food was truly amazing and I will definitely be coming back here. The food had so much flavor and you got many salsas to add to your food. It was a group of 9 people and we all got different food items from the menu. We truly recommend the quesabirria with a side of consome. They have authentic mexican sodas as well! It's a small restaurant with really good food and it can definitely get packed in a second. If you are looking for an authentic mexican spot, this is it. ”
“ I lucked out and found a parking spot across the street. There is only street parking here. Todo Pa La Cruda was ready for Dia de Los Muertos. I ordered tacos. Birrea taco had lost of tender and juicy beef. Loved the flavor. Tortillas had a night light flavor. Ribeye taco had lots of tender and juicy ribeye. Flavor was amazing. I loved the seasoning/marinade on the ribeye. This is one of the best steak tacos I've had. Asada taco was mostly tender and juicy. The meat had some chewy cartilage and was not as tender as the ribeye. Seasoning was salt and pepper based and I enjoyed the flavor. Mahi mahi taco featured a tender mahi mahi filet which was nicely seasoned. Great tasting mahi mahi. Adobada taco featured tender and juicy pork. Nice bit of char on the edges. Loved the bold flavor which did not feature burn your mouth flavors. I enjoyed all the tacos I tried. My favorite was the ribeye taco with the high quality ribeye and delicious flavors while the adobada taco was a close second. Tacos were all street sized and 3 of them made for a big lunch. Service was friendly and speedy. Complimentary chips were crunchy and I liked the flavor. ”
“ This place never misses! They have everything you didn't realize you wanted The chile verde is chefs kiss. Delicious ”
“ My friend really wanted micheladas. Looked this place up and we decided to go. We all ordered our micheladas when we got here and they were all tasty. I would say definitely in my top 5. Then we ordered a bunch of food. Mulita de Adobada - was ok, would order something else. Cucarachas (fried Shrimps) amazing Agua Chile de Camarón - flavorful and with a little kick. Pozole - lacked a bit of flavor, but it was ok Ceviche - delicious Chile relleno - 10/10 The service was great. But the establishment itself is a mom and pop so on a hot day you'll feel the heat. So keep that in mind. The area it is located in has scarce parking, so try the cross streets to find better options for parking. We had a hefty bill at the end but it was worth it. Over all we enjoyed all the food and most definitely the micheladas. We'll be coming back to try other dishes as well. ”
